Every month better than the last

Someone that know the history of this company can bring up some light?, It is trading close to year low with very low volume, each month revenu increases, MC is half of the projected revenue for the year. Mathematically supposed to be way higher than what it is right now, just my opinion. Other opinions are welcome.
