I'm a new investor, and not sure what this means for sp

I'm a new investor, and not sure what this means for spCan anyone help me understand what's up.    I read through what GGB released but most was greek to me.. What stood out were the figures not less than $2.71 - nor greater than $4.52.cad.  How does this affect the sp?  Is a new sp price going to be set  some time in the future or will trading continue normally.    I bought some @ 5.0  and more today @ 3.0... I don't know if that was a good idea or not..    With the whole cannabis industry down I'm buying more of some of the same company's to balance out..    I'm a first time investor.  I'm learning..
