Quebec could go into full lockdown due to COVID and the mining juridiction will have to comply along with GIS.  This is is something that GIS can't control.

David has a lot of other things he can control.  He has failed to deliver since taking over as CEO, IMHO.  I have reduced my exposure to GIS as a result.
