fwiw-the chances of GIS ever getting above the 0.161 share price agreement that was made in the deal are slim to none between now and the finalizing date. Best thing to hope for now to get your money back is that the shareprice of SUP goes up from 0.70 between now and then and if you hold until the deal closes in july you will have gained.
