Google Paul Haber, Paul Van Benthem,Yoel Altman and check their companies on sedar in the long form prospectus, these insiderers have a habit of giving themselves .02 shares.

Consolidation 12 old shares to 1 new 12x.02=.24 is there cost now. At a minimum they want a 3 bagger .24x3= .72 they will probably gradually walk it down and hold around this price so pretty much only they are able to get out with a healthy profit.

Have to really hand it to these guys in their abilities to constantly be able to make honey out of dog poop!!
