Any trading firm could trade as ANON. This includes Velocity. I'm sure that Doug interviewed them and gave them a good understanding of GSI and it's potential both short and long term. It's possible they may lighten up their position on the way up. I would think that on a day like today, Velocity is unlikely to hit the bid by trading as ANON. There's no reason for them to exit by hitting the bid. They could just put up offers.
