The Split in a nut shellI am no expert and this is just one opion.GCO owes IMHL for loan listed in release.(Little over 4 million)But theyGCO did lots of work on Karakul to get the 43-101 and to get China to do feasibility study.IMHL lets GCO Keep the shares in GCO it bought in 2014 GCO gives IMHL ruffly 4 million dollars in shares in GCO.Then GCO will own the rights to Karakul.IMHl will then own over 60% of GCO and will have option on sister properties or maybe Mongolian property as well.IMHL will not get any shares in Spinco that I am aware unless there is something in the deal about warrants?Spinco will have the rights to Werner lake and Iron Creek and maybe one more property to be named later.It is to much for one board to Handel so two boards one North American strictly maybe cobalt and Karakul has lots of other metals as well as Cobalt.We end up with shares in two companies the rights to Karakul and have not herd about 43-101 for Werner Lake yet Iron Creek and new property to be named later.If this gets any better I am going to have to install a seat belt on my chair so I don't fall out.If you are already in you should be dancing on the ceiling if you are not its still early but don't wait till May.But what do I know do your own DD ....Dirt2Oil13 Read lots make calls the information is out there.
