I see this: "The amended private placement now consists of 10,000,000 post-consolidation units (“Units”) at an issue price of CAD $0.15 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to CAD $1,500,000 (the “Offering”)"
They were originally issued to us at a price of 1.5 cents, so I still see 10 to 1
