RE:RE:Cruz at .30 . . . . and still . . . Indeed . . . I would say maddening . . . but that would not capture my true sentiments. If I was ERDB I would be wondering who I should sue if the claim is rejected since I believe everyone entered this thinking that if GCO spent the money it would then have the right to claim the property. To then find out that that might not be the case is just wrong
