RE:RE:RE:RE:Cobalt now $38.34 The oil and gas sector is the biggest money maker for Russia and anything that threatens that sector is just not a priority.

Yes I agree that there's some money to be made with the EV sector but there's way way way more money being made with oil and gas in Russia. You can't even compare the two. 

Russia needs to diversify their econnomy, that's something Putin has said many times but so far, he has done very little to acheive that. He's too busy fighting gas pipeline wars ...
