Like Greece??
I'd say they are way behind....might explain some of the selling volumes the past couple of weeks.

siegfried13: a small delay to set everything right is not the end of the world and has nothing to do with Greece!!! LOL. Sure we can wait a little longer for such a major change in the Company. A lot of sales lately and yes all these shares were also purchased mostly at .035 which is a very good sign of confidence. Still negotiating " final terms " which translates to "everything could be completed any day." It's only been 7 years since Puget got involved with Karakul, a couple more days won't make a difference ...
