I called him. Apparently Erin Chutter is helping them. He told me to call her. Mailbox of Erin was full. I could call him again next week after he had a conference call with Erin.

Assuming that he is providing truthful information I view this as most positive. It suggests at least we will likely trade again . . . . although we might not have any property . . . but we will trade . . . assuming El CFOie is not spinning tales

With the increase in price in cobalt and the likely strong demand from China for a source that is close by, they would be insane to not do everything they can to trade again. Though I guess if they lose/ the property rights it becomes understandable that no one would be strongly motivated to get the true ball rolling.

Although as a shareholder I would expect the morons who run GCO now to sue somebody given GCO met the conditions of the land transfer and by all rights . . . own the rights to this property. This is just plain disgraceful. On another note I am curious if any posters here have tried to reach Erin Chutter to see what news she can share.

Answer of Erin: Hi Vincent. I had been trying in the fall but until they complete their audit and update their filings, I cannot help further. I am beyond frustrated. and so the saga continues....
