I wonder if legal action can be taken in the case of GCO. According to me the representatives act with gross negligence by not completing their audit and other filings.

CDN Puget to GCO leadership dropped a big smelly pile of cr*p on shareholder shoes when they lead the company to an alliance with these useless twits and did not ensure adequate due diligence was undertaken in order to identify any obstacles to GCO getting title

There must have been some reason last August that they advised they would be proceeding with getting the stock back and trading, hiring as a temp one of GEMc's IR people to help with messaging and also working on getting title. Thankk you for sharing. This is disappointing to read and learn. It appears we have been hoodwinked by those who lead GCO and those who took over. Those who lead appear to have gotten some of their money back, with a cheap buyin toto GEMC and who knows what deals those who now lead GCO are up to.

Thanks!! . . . You would think that EBRD and IMHL would be asking the same thing? The whole lot are flawed and lack the decency to at least keep their shareholders up to date, even if the news is bad.

IMHL needs to resolves the title issue, I think no partner or financier will touch this project until title issue is resolved.Too bad because Karakul is a massive project and Chinese companies had a huge interest in developing it.
