RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Expensive FinancingI am not saying your math is wrong... What is wrong is the assumption that the consolidation will have a negative impact... It won't since half this company is going to strong hands at $0.066/share equivalent... When the deal closes the stock will trade well above the financing price of $0.20 (for 3 shares)... I wouldn't be surprised to see it back up to $0.10 (pre-consolidation) shortly because $4.1 million of the $4.5 million financing has already closed so the arbitrage between SSP and PNO must be already over imo... Now you have to buy SSP in the market if you want exposure...
