Pursuant to a special resolution passed by shareholders on Sept. 3, 2015, Sandpsring Resources Ltd. has consolidated its capital on a 1:3 basis. The name of the company has not been changed.
Effective at the opening on Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2015, the shares of Sandspring Resources will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on a consolidated basis. The company is classified as a gold and silver mining company.
