From June financials: Incorporation of Novocarbon Inc and Trust and Assignment Agreement On May 15, 2018, the Company executed a trust and assignment agreement whereby Novocarbon Inc.("Novocarbon"), a Deleware C Corp, formalizing the agreement that a director of the Company incorporate and hold the US subsidiary on its behalf, until such point as the shares may be transferred to the Company's beneficial ownership. Novocarbon has been accounted for as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. Activity commenced in Novocarbon in November 2017. All intercompany balances have been eliminated.
