It is old news, sure, but for those that complained about the lack of disclosure on certain items previously, including myself, I am glad to see the slate being wiped clean. I have no doubt this disclosure review is a part of the change of business, so I see it as progress in moving forward. It is not an example of more bad behavior, but yes, hopefully it is a lesson learned, as they didn't make this change of business easy on themselves having to go through this review and having to come clean on several items that were not handled appropriately in the past.
