This is very odd.  Never seen this move done before.  The only person left is actually Michael Coscia, he is not a director or an officer but SVP of sales.  I will not include Gershon.  I've seen stocks that went bankrupt or delisted and this is a different process.   It explains the recent silence but consider this a lost investment for now until the clarity comes in.  

It could be exchange driven but I am not sure if the exchange will disclose that.
