Piece by piece ... whole GLK BOD/team is divided into Novocarbon and New Energy Metals Corp.

Finally got an answer from Paul Gorman about Novocarbon! ”With respect to NovoCarbon, The Company (GLK) set that up last fall as a wholly owned US subsidiary to take care of our US processing relationships and state funding opportunities as well as some really cool R&D joint ventures. ” I was considering worst case scenarios myself. Thank you so much.  So Paul Gorman still works at GLK and it was done for regional reasons and taking advantage of relationships and funding.  As a US subsidiary it can help make America great again or at least be involved with US government and agencies.  Creative thinking.

Thanks for posting and great news, but without putting a damper on this why detail this in an e-mail to one shareholder when other shareholders have received no reply, the market has not been informed and we are still on halt? GLK have not been slow in the past with PR's, some trivial, and yet they did not do so when setting up NovoCarbon and the opportunities this seemingly provides. I will ...more

It's tough for a company in terms of PRs.  I have some companies where shareholders yell 'Tell me everything!' while others yell 'Tell me only material things!'.  NovoCarbon isn't new, we just found out about it recently.  Whether we should have found about it earlier depends on who you ask because it holds no material value to shareholders.  I looked at ...more
