No doubt, the purchase of all the print was a huge mistake in hindsight.
The business model of print is very difficult with Google and Facebook grabbing the ad dollars.
Consumers get "free" information.
However, the companies pivot to digital should bring improvements in costs, and a significant expansion of the multiple.
Combined with the cash position, and pristine balance sheet, this company is poised to be a huge winner.
