Re Tax Court
I have heard that all these types of cases are waiting for the Supreme Court ruling on Dean's Knight.
The tax court is awaiting some clarity from the upper court.
As an example the judge in the Madison Pacific case has paused writing the judgement until the tax court can read and process the ruling.
I believe Glacier and the Madison has the same law firm advising. The 2 are linked via Madison Ventures.
