Noticed they've set a date for the annual meeting for June 25th. Obviously the closing is no where in sight, if ever. Don't expect one whisper out of this management.

No idea, maybe by 2017 it may close since selling smartphone plans, a business with no barrier to entry other than money, is somehow a bid deal to the competition bureau. Or BCE stalling to save ...more

I think someone knew the hearing date have been set but why Glentel did not send out a news release about it is totally wrong. The CEO/Investor Relations should do a better job of informing the ...more

Hi Rusty, It's not really Management at fault but the delay at the Competition Bureau. I sent the Competition Bureau requesting information regarding the date of the hearing but there are no reply ...more
