This includes satellite and 600 Mhz services that BCE is known for. No wonder their share early morning shows biding and asking tons of shares at $58 before market opens. Assuming approx 2 shares of Glentel for every one share of BCE that makes Glentel shares worth $29 in terms of BCE shares. I think $21 opening bid for GLN today is way to cheap.
