Bell to sell 50% stake in wireless retailer GLENTEL to Roger

Here is the link. All hurdles removed. Rogers will remove injunction. Win Win situation for all. Glentel shareholders are laughing all the way to the bank........ I see absolutely no issues with competition bereau since nothing is changing except transfer of ownership. GO GLN GO!!!! Monday try to grab as many shares as possible before it touches $26.50 There is a chance that white knight can come up  with a higher bid before 11th January to outbid this offer. Keep watching GLN is becoming very interesting player, till date no one bothered about it, now suddenly everyone is realising its importance. BCE has right to match the new bid but Rogers may come back with its injunction and try to delay the process.
