Yes, but payout ratio is now 100%, earnings the same as dividend. I don't know how longer they can sustain this. If the market doesn't recover shortly there is risk of a cut. Furthermore I certainly don't want to be taken over at the worst time for this company since the financial crisis 2009 unless it's for a very significant premium, which won't be coming in this market environment. It is at near 10 year lows yet it's AUM has doubled since 2009, seriously undervalued.
