RE:In for more - discount is ridiculous

RE:In for more - discount is ridiculousThe discount has persisted at about the same level for 5 years.    The discount will "go away" someday when Glen Mullen and GZZ and/or RZZ are gone.

On the margin,  GZZ could sell some shares of RZZ into the buybacks,   and use the proceeds to repurchase GZZ shares in the open market.   THis would have the economic effect of increasing the remaining ownership that every GZZ outstanding share holds in RZZ shares,  assuming that you can do this at about 40% off discount.

I think Glenn M has too many rocks in his head to figure this out,    Otherwise,   he would have been doing this a long time ago,   as I have recommended from time to time for a long time now.

You know,  it's really sad in Canada,   You can not embarass these corporate officers or directors into doing the simpilist  "right thing".    I know there is taxes on the gain on sale of the RZZ stock IF GZZ were to sell some,   but it's still accreative to take this action,  even after tax.

Tax efficient transaction is just distribute out the RZZ shares held by GZZ to GZZ stockholders.   Tax free.   But then Glenn and friends woulod not have to ability to keep diluting your ownership with stock options and salaries for a useless corporate "pass thru" entity which is all really GZZ is.

It's a corporation to hold RZZ shares so GZZ directors/officers can double dip on the freebie option shares.    They dilute you for babysitting your shares over all these years.
