GameStop Looks To Sell 5 Million Shares Under ATM Financing

GameStop Corp this evening announced that it intends to conduct an absolutely massive at the market offering. The company will look to sell up to 5 million shares of the company under such an offering.

That's good. IMO  "Proceeds from the offering are reportedly to be used for general corporate purposes, which includes investing in growth initiatives and “maintaining a strong balance sheet.”

Good thing is that after the typical attack from the various funds I would bet that some of those shares were already sold. Majority of which were likely picked up by folks that certainly won't sell to help the funds actually settle there positions.
