Its technology consists of Genoil Hydroconversion Upgrader (GHU), which converts sour (high sulfur), heavy hydrocarbon feed stocks into lighter oil with higher quality distillates for conventional refining. The Company is also engaged in other technologies, such as oil upgrading and recycling, water purification port technologies, well testing, and sand cleaning. The Company markets its technology to customers in the Middle East, Russia and China.

Hey Nick, Does 13 years qualify me as an investor or am I a trader? I must be a trader, because I would expect that an "annual meeting to be held shortly after release of 2015 financials" would have been announced by now. As for a legal issue holding up the meeting, how about you bring the issue to the attention of shareholders of the publically traded company. Sunlight is the best disinfectant, Nick. Do the right thing and have the AGM.
