Its technology consists of Genoil Hydroconversion Upgrader (GHU), which converts sour (high sulfur), heavy hydrocarbon feed stocks into lighter oil with higher quality distillates for conventional refining. The Company is also engaged in other technologies, such as oil upgrading and recycling, water purification port technologies, well testing, and sand cleaning. The Company markets its technology to customers in the Middle East, Russia and China.

RE:Saudi Arabia doesn't target specific level of oil output

if Genoil has truly pulled this off, then giddyup! Timelines and project magnitudes appear in line with previous reports. However, I'd still like to see something like this with Genoil in the title mentioning Aramco and CNPC in the same sentence from an external source before I start counting chickens (or dollars).
