Nich- this is why I missed you. I take from the tone of your message you have applied for a $5B line of credit at Chase. The only difference is magnitude and due diligence. The lack of binding in the legal sense is the exact same. Anyone who knows anything about business would tell you it's easier to execute on a few million vs. 5 billion. Your point really doesn't make Genoil look good.
