The Company specializes in heavy-to-light oil technology, oil field development and exploration and production. It is a provider of hydro conversion fixed-bed technology for the upstream and downstream oil and gas industry. It is also working with Chinese policy banks and Chinese companies to provide, project financing, drilling, production, and processing services to the oil and gas industry. Its technology consists of Genoil Hydroconversion Upgrader (GHU), which converts sour (high sulfur), heavy hydrocarbon feed stocks into lighter oil with higher quality distillates for conventional refining. The Company is also engaged in other technologies, such as oil upgrading and recycling, water purification port technologies, well testing, and sand cleaning. The Company markets its technology to customers in the Middle East, Russia and China.

Nich- You use the first person plural quite a little bit on that post, but fail to see your name mentioned anywhere on the Genoil website. The closest I see to a Russian name is Slavko Scepanovic. So are you an employee of Genoil or just taking liberties with the first person plural. I will continue to laugh if it's the latter, it's a serious matter if it's the former. And if you think I'm a naked short, I'm still waiting for you to respond about how many shares you have purchased in the last week. My tally is 39800- I was off on the 50k because I forgot I moved my limit up to .05 to make sure I got the shares. At .04 when I originally put it in, it was ~50k. So I ask again Nich, what are you doing for share price?
