The Company markets its technology to customers in the Middle East, Russia and China.

DMA, they would need to be buying to cover if they wanted to close out their short position and cut losses. If it is large sell side volume, they would be trying to suppress the price. To what end, I have no idea. I think things are finally falling into place, and this is going to take off before long.

on another note--what are odds mideast project is Iraq, since Raushan has so much experience there?
