RE:Naked Short SellingThanks Junkets.  I'm not done reading yet, but this does go into the detail I want.  I have never been able to figure out how the breaks could be carried, and people wouldn't be bought in all of the time.

Also brings up a related issue--is there any word on the outstanding lawsuit?  And would that be holding up the CTO and corporation move, or are those moving forward either way?
