If this goes through soon, great!  However, are contract signings dependent on moving the corporation?  I didn't see anything about that status in the annual report. 

Also haven't seen anything about the lawsuit.  Does that mean it has gone away?  Previous lawsuits have typically been mentioned in filings.

Definitely need some serious news and new buyers to break any shorts.
