While DKL and BSA were in Dubai they flew often to Riyadh to work on the potential Aramoc project of fifty billion dollars and it has reached the point that Aramco asked for the LOI for five billion of the first tranche of 500,000 barrels a day and a final decision is pending in Riyadh.  DKL focused his efforts on the GHU and not on oily water separators where the profit is marginal.

I'm apt to infer that the previously discussed opportunity that was "discussing terms of the contract" may have been the aramco deal and not bomin.  "final decision is pending in Riyadh" is quite interesting.  Sure would be nice to announce a huge deal like that and smack all of this downward pressure in the face.
