The Company markets its technology to customers in the Middle East, Russia and China.

Sounds like David drank the whole pitcher of Putin’s Jim Jones grape special. Russia is a country with a negative population replacement rate. It can only manage to build one battery of S400s. Not enough T90s to go around. Even if Putin was crazy enough to attack Europe at large, the casualty count would doom his nation to oblivion. The only thing he can reasonably manage is to have proxy wars and shoot down Malaysian airliners. Now let’s get back to oil.
