Rolando co-founded Mexiship Ocean in 2013 and brings over 20 years experience in the international marketplace. As Managing Partner and Chief Financial Officer, Rolando is responsible for all financial functions of Mexiships including evaluating and structuring all opportunities, capital sourcing, and financial forecast analysis. His energy experience is comprised of upstream, midstream and downstream client support. Rolando took controlling interest in Triple J Pumps from 2014 2017, an oil field service provider focused on hydraulic fracturing support. Rolando has served as President of the Seis Lagos Utility District from 2008 2016. Rolando lives in Lucas Texas with his wife and four daughters. Mr. Ramon has a deep knowledge of the Mexican energy sector and has been advising the company on business development there. His energy experience with companies focuses on fluid services management, hydraulic fracturing support, and outsourcing engineering support staff for Pemex. His client experience includes Anadarko, Lonestar Resources, Pemex, Pioneer, BHP, Schlumberger, EOG Resources in energy. He has his MBA from Southern Methodist University. Rolando and Genoil came to know each other through Genoils partnership with Grupo Roales in Mexico. Rolando has been instrumental in furthering Genoil business development in Mexico.
