You think? Why then does Davey brag of building ports and pipelines-"if necessary"?
Why show (obviously prematurely) a distant photo of a site in China to declare a project in early stages of materializing?
How does a company divert 500,000 BPD in Saudi, 7,000,000 BPD O&G in Russia? 
I keep forgetting, you bet on three-legged horses, c'mon Libo-Davey's a 300 pound jockey who talks like he's a Triple Crown winner.
Lastly, I urge you to place a small bet on Vertex Energy. That's how a business is built from the ground up, Ben Cowart doesn't talk as much as he acts.
