Down Periscope Gen Oil may make deal to purchase Submarines

Gen Oil have made a deal with Russian submarine operations in the Baltic.  Russian Kilo submarines to start to seach for light crude in Baltic and even Russia’s one or two Ladas appear to have started the quest.
A Gen Oil Logo was spotted on the side of a Sub a insider reported.
DLK and Bruce are back in Russia 

 The number of Russian submarines publically reported may well have been kept secret from the SEC as Gen Oil will be giving a further 500,000 ,000 Restricted Stock that can be converted in 2021 to the Russian Govenment.
