Finally got up early to put in the call to Mr. Lifschultz. He is in Europe as he wants to be availablefor his deals, to travel and New York and covid-19 was a problem.
He said that he was working on the projects with Saudi Arabia, Russia, United Emirates, and Mexico. He still has the backing from China. It takes time but he is still at them and because he has no debt he can keep at his business. He will not stop or give up with his work and mentioned that the shorts are still here but will eventually help the upward movement of Gnolf!
He said you Canadians can trade on Etrade for now but he is working on the U.S. financials which will be competed soon -maybe a week or two. He did not think that Canada would be rejuvenated and Curacao was not competed due to litigation. I think this will not be done. Too bad as I was hoping for a reason to go down there! He mentioned Switzerland as a possible trading site besides the U.S..
The question of an AGM was brought up. He said no sense to have one till the financials where done then he could work on the meeting. No date was given.
He mentioned that he and friends have many millions invested (he gave a number but it was under 100M) so he has to create a successful company. He said to keep your equity going and be patient. That was advice we as shareholders in this company need for sure!
He talked about all his possible deals so he has not forgotten them and we hopefully will see them before we ….!?
I did not get to mention we as shareholders want something done even something tiny but he should know this as he is aware of our situation as he has it also!!
