A dated article but there has not been

measurable progress since. The entire landscape of the oil industry has shifted. Davey's 20+ year old technology is now outdated, what favorability could upgrading possibly receive under current conditions-even conceptually-which is all Davey has ever been. He blew every prospect to date and now finds the music has stopped with no empty chair.
