Anyone on topic?
Can we go back to oil upgrading projects, Genoil's failure to have the required AGM and to keep shareholders informed, and any other Genoil- related topics? At this point, I'm about to write stockhouse to tell them to delete the board because it's turned into a political rant board.

Red, is an AGM required when trades are on the Grey's ? It is required when trading on a real exchange but I would think the company would hear from the regulators for not holding an AGM for how many years ? No press release of any kind in over a year to inform shareholders of...anything ? Geloil's last AGM was full of false and missleading statements which has been proven.

red-guilty as charged for digressions here. But David himself has taken the focus of discussion and exchange off course via his sociopathic paper boy. Davey needs to be flushed out like a kidney stone to apprise of Genoil's future-as bleak as it has devolved to be.
