David: you don't have any of the above 6 claimed items (bold faced & underlined). Also, since you did not do a feasibility study how could you claim the estimated cost is approximately $2.4 billion USD?
If you failed to secure the Hebei Zhongjie Petrochemical finance which was ~$170 millions (per your statement) how could you secure $2.4 billions; that's when every one started to pull back from oil&gas investiment ?
Are you fooling yourself or you think you can fool others?

Please advise of Genoil's address Davey, and where you house your professional staff. It's confusing for new investors. Everyone still working remotely from home? You know Jamie expects JPMC staff to report, fully vaccinated by Labor Day.
