Is Barrick Mine a stock to own during this global turmoil?

I'm wondering if this is a good time to be adding to my holdings of Barrick.  Or, does anyone recommend a better place to put a few dollars that I can afford to put at risk?

HGU if you like gold and want exposure to more than just one company

HGU is great for a trending market it is a 2x etf so decay is built in, trading vehicle not a long term hold.
