The share price is the lowest in 10 years plus.I remember when it was 4$ plus .Glad I sold out long ago.Whenever it does a capital raise and I think its done at least 3 in the last 10 years the price always tanks after .The Brazilian mine purchase has been a catastrophe from the beginning .It's hard to see anything that will reverse the share price slide .
