Drilling on Black Mountain in Kurdistan is about 5 weeks away. I believe the MM's are shaking the trees to shake loose weak hands. With an initial reserves estimate of 2.7 BILLION barrels, this will be one of the richest finds in many years anywhere in the world.
As soon as a drilling date is confirmed, then we should be moving much higher... to new highs, IMO (maybe $2 range). VST also suffered some weakness that pushed them down to 58c, which again is nuts. VST has started moving up again.
