Heard rumors from very reliable sources that an offer to buy out WGI is forthcoming, likely by the end of month.  Based on the volume and price action the last while I think this is a good possibility this is true.

At this point I think being bought out frankly stinks, unless there is a huge premium because I feel this ball has just begun rolling. 

Again remember this is a rumor so take it all with a grain of salt.  Time will tell how good my sources are so let's see what happens.

I'm really going to be pissed if this rumour turns out to be true.  Bought early on in the summer of 06 went all the up to 4 then down to half a buck and now just as it looks like a perfect storm (e.g. Company is on track and the POG is on track once again) we are going to be bought out :-(

While we are still way undervalued I'd welcome it if the rumour wastrue.  Even if it was just for $3.50 a share, we'd move up to that,probably higher, and that floor would be at that level, would put us inplay and bidding wars would ensue, we'd hit $6, I'd sell half myposition...etc etc.  Sorry I got a little carried away there but in allseriousness any takeover attempt

lol, I'm not worried about the regulators.   People talk and if you know enough people working in the business,  news leaks all over the place all the time.  Looking at the trading as of late its quite obvious to me that something is up and there are people that do know something.I'm hoping it remains just a rumor....OR at least the pricing is completely wrong.  I
