Quiet day, low volume. Then jumps to .91. $$$ is watching, just that nobody wants to be first in... it's funny the asks sit at .86 all day (could buy @.87) but once someone jumps in people are willing to buy at .89 or even .90. Be a price maker not a price taker, TBP has legs and will be on the move soon!
