Excellent post, very valuable find and thank you for this. It is likely they will run a small pilot study to test the hypothesis regarding opioid dependence, and expand it to a large study if they have some positive results. Being responsible as they are, they will probably hold off any news regarding opioid resistance trials prior to having solid evidence that it has potential. I am thinking that if we hear about a trial starting for opioid dependence, they will likely already have a positive lead from the pilot trial results. They wouldn't have an NR for the results of the pilot because a pilot won't have the right sample size for clinical significance. Just speculation on my end of course, but I've seen this before.
