RE:RE:CGC Aquires Storz & Bickel I would NOT say the acquisition of Storz&Bickel by CGC at THIS EXACT stage of TETRA product pipeline HAS NO IMPACT ! PLEASE CORRECT ME IF I AM WRONG, I am not raising sterile discussion, i feel some hickup with this sudden trade after APHA attack...a TBP partner ! Let's get it straight !
- What happens in a near future after Tetra product PPP001 get approved and is sold all over the planet, then, the new Owner CGC, decides there's some technical problem with the device OR this device might be improved for X-Y reason ? Tetra HAS no legal Control on the patent of the device, so the new owner has TOTAL control on everything (patent, policy, contract, etc). IF TBP has not a good relation with CGC, that could hurt seriously, unless tetra secures and modifies any pertinent clause in the contract concerning SPECIFICALLY the said device.
- WHY CGC acquires suddenly a COMPANY which is partner of TBP since a while ago, after a serial of weird (founded or not) allegations over a TBP partner ?
...unless there's a potential association bet. TBP and CGC in a near future...which WILL NOT BE BAD AT ALL. 2 Canadian companies at the top of their development plan and pipeline, credible, respectable...all over. I am just thinking.
